New Mexico Business Weekly

The community association management company Associated Asset Management, out of Phoenix, has opened a satellite office in Albuquerque.

The office, at 7850 Jefferson St. NE, is helmed by Community Manager Jennifer Lind.

AAM manages several residential communities in the Albuquerque metro region, including Buena Vista in Los Lunas, Corazon at Cabezon and Loma Colorado in Rio Rancho and The Presidio in Albuquerque. It also manages Rancho Santos, Colores del Sol and Villa Sonata in Santa Fe.

The AAM staff addresses homeowner questions, collects assessments and oversees operations at the communities.

"New Mexico -- in particular the greater Albuquerque area -- has a strong residential market with communities that deserve the highest standards in community management," said AAM President Amanda Shaw. "We're happy to be part of the community."

AAM was founded 20 years ago and manages more than 350 community associations. Its other Arizona offices are in Chandler, Prescott, Surprise and Tucson.
