HOAs: Laws, Coercion, & Violence

HOAs et al are instruments of violence because if you do not pay them what they demand, they will lien and foreclose your "home," then you will be homeless. This is coercion and violence in the extreme! The only alternative is to walk away. Let the coercive HOA Industry have the homes that are "under water." Their entire HOA control system industry is ludicrous once their demands exceed the value of our "homes."read more »

FL PUD Update
