I live in North Carolina. Huntington Ridge is the name of my Subdivision. It is governed by an HOA. I lived there since year 2000, the trouble began in late 2004.

A couple (lets call them Randy and Joyce) purchased a large expensive house directly across the street from mine in 2003. After they moved in they started throwing their weight around, threatening to sue the HOA, neighbors, and me over the most rediculous things. They spoke often about their lawyer. These folks were really crazy, made no sense and were mean. I decided to distance myself from them. Being a nice guy I would occasionally waive as I passed them by but not speaking.
