HOA Nut House

What should I do in regards to harrasment from the board members? It feels like they are picking on my family and families that have kids. They do not want to see kids in the common grounds; playing outside, riding bikes, skateboarding etc. It is sad seeing teenagers getting kick out of the a small park that we have in the community eventhough they are not doing anything wrong. We homeowners pay 320.00 a month in condo fees. Why can our kids can enjoy their neighborhood and have fun with their friends? Homeowners very concern because board members harras everybody and all of them are retired and don't like kids.
What can we do?
