I am the secretary/treasurer of a small HOA in Virginia. We have existed for 22 years and have amassed more paper than can possibly make sense for an association with only 40 homes.
Does anyone have any *** professional *** guidance on document retention?
I would like to be able to make responsible decisions of what to keep/disgard and not just use my own opinions to make the decisions. I don't find any such guidance on the web ... or on this site.
