HOA Nut House

In the year 2003 a small group of homeowners in Los Angeles decided to re-call the
existing hoa bd.of directors.It seems this bd. had spent $33,000 to hot mop only twelve of forty-four units.
The oldtimers knew this had to be part of a scam.
We did some investigations of our own.We obtained secret bids from three different
firms for the remaining thirty-two units.We were not suprised to find a substancial
difference in cost,using the same hot mop technique.The three bids ranged from $40,000
to $48,000.We knew we were being ripped off.Thus we started an effort to re-call the bd.
We were successful so we thought.The law firm of Rapkin,Rapkin,Gitlin and Beaumont had other ideas.
Rapkin's firm ,with the help of two management company's unleashed their fury on the new bd.
The two management firms were Ross Morgan and company and Fidelity property management.The new board had a quorum of three to two.Two bd.members from the
corrupt bd.had again been voted to the new board.It seems apathy and fear had stopped
anyone ,but three homeowners from standing up to Rapkin's law firm.I was voted president of this new board.Two months into the new boards tenure;the trouble began.The quorum of three became a new non- quorum of two.Even though the newly elected bd. immediately
replaced the two corrupt bd.members with new members Rapkin and his hand chosen property
management ccompany did not accept or allow the two corrupt members to be replaced.
Rapkin then turned the quorum around by using corrupt bd.member jennifer calig(she
being young and nubile) to change the loyalties of an eighty year old male member of the
new board, back intoRapkin's corrupt control.To make matters worse with the help of city controller Michael Lothian had me(Rene McCray) arrested on a $50,000 bond for making terroist threats? It seems the corrupt bd.had falsely lied and said they had audio phone
tapes of me threatening to chop one corrupt bd. member into twelve little pieces.
Mind you i now posses all these coutr papers.After ten months of fighting these charges
in court Judge Sandvig finally listened to these tapes.All that were heard on these tapes were me pleading for kathleen m.Harris to bring me all of the homeowers papers and business. Judge Sandvig then dissmised the jury and said in the best interest of justice he was dismissing all charges against me.
Once again we started an effort to regain control of the bd.Once again we
gained control of the hoa board,even thou the corrupt homeowners had placed retstrainig
oders against me.Even though Rapkin and his supporters had branded me a terrorist,we
still won the new election.Once again we got rid of his supporters,and once again Ross
Morgan and Rapkin with the help of Linda Beck (city national bank)tharwted our efforts.
Ms.Beck allowed Damian Costa who had been replaced with someone of honesty,to be new
signature signer for all hoa business.Now the old homeowners started to sell and move else where.New owners with the help of this corrupt band of crooks now saw me as the crook.Genaro Rotunno who had been suckered by Rapkin now supported those who fought against Rapkin and his corruption.But now it was to late.The freedom fighters were tired
and sold out,including me.I now have Rapkin and his corrupt minnions in Los Angeles Superior Court(downtown not the san fernando valley).

I am now looking for damaging info on the lawfirm of Rapkin,Rapkin,Gitlin and Beaumont.

Rapkin tried to have my case dismissed.The judge in downtown Los Angeles denied their request.Please any one out there who knows of any decisions against any of these scumbags
please repsond to my appeal.The trial is set to start in jan.2007.
