I believe.....

I was looking at a house at 4224 North 50th Av thats been listed for sale. Was this house owned by a member of a HOA? Is it owned By an HOA manager or husband or Daughter?Perhaps Maureen Watrous Or Jennifer OR Steven can answer this questions. And is the house still for sale? Does HOA hire and retain people with criminal records? My friend is trying to go into HOA management and wonder if somebody with a criminal background can be employed or retained Thanks

What kind of criminal record? DUI, Armed Robbery, Sex Offense etc.
