HOA Nut House

Get ready for more of the same, a lot of investors that
can't flip thier hoa properties are renting the homes to
people eligable for section 8 housing just to pay the
mortages and avoid forclosure. The board has no power
when it comes to federaly protected section 8 housing
HUD runs the show from then on.

My sister lives in an HOA where the board decided to "screen" the renters. They denied an application telling the woman she had too many children. Before it was all over it cost her association over $150,000 to settle a Fair Housing claim.

We have three Section 8 families that turned the place into Swiss cheese the first month of moving in and I was told by management that HUD claims it's normal wear and tear won't let allow them to be evicted. The board president got a picture of one of the mothers and her boyfreind smoking a bong by the pool in broad daylight, took it to the police and was told they have to catch them in the act before they can do anything. I told my wife if this keeps up I'm going to join them.

For all those so determined 2 have over half the population behind bars why dont you try staying in a alley try eating left overs try haveing no stability in your life then wonder 2 yourself what would i do 2 eat and survive?What has the current system done 2 improve the situation?Honestly?Are things getting better in the realm of the pursuit of happiness?From the current situation all that has changed is more money 4 bombs and killing more money 4 exploring space and no more money 4 those who slave 2 support it!

Actually, you can do something. Your HOA has to release a form giving you permission to file charges. Once the home owners get that done, the police can file charges.

We just got that done here. Its not information your HOA will volunteer to you. It was the cops who told one of our residents aboutit.

If the police are giving your HOA the runaround you need
to put pressure on your district attorney and police chief
or sheriff. Election time is near, origanize a HOA meeting
and invite the canidates to attend and present thier plan
to reduce crimes commited in your HOA. At the very least
it will give you a good idea on where the canditates stand
and if your going to get police help when your front door
is being bashed in by home invaders.

Why can't you see that anywhere there are real jobs there are also deed restricted communities being build faster than you can imagine.

These homes are offered to people who are tired of throwing their money away to rent an apartment and dealing with issues that go along with renting. These people are looking for an investment that will grow over the years.

If the neighborhood is not deed restricted and home owners are allowed to do what they want you could end up living next to a junk yard. Or next to the perpetual ongoing daily garage sale!

I live in the HOA-Free Zone. I have lovely responsible neighbors. It is a "working class" neighborhood. It is a most pleasant environment to inhabit.

Yes, the HOA concept is excessive...this is just an example of how this concept is rooted in a control system that does not recognize the US constitution. ALL of the HOA rules and regulations fly in the face of the traditional American system of governance over people by a "color of authority".

There is no separation of powers, nor is there any respect for the rights of the individual in HOA governance doctrine. All powers are vested in the "governing documents" and the bylaws created out of thin air by the board, at their whim.

There are no standards for elections - whatever the articles of incorporation state are the standards. There is no laws defining how these regimes are run, to keep them in line with American Free Governmental standards. These regimes are literally Fasicst, Totalitarian authorities, and there is no accountability whatsoever.

Bullies have ruled my HOA for the past 7 years - the same tired old faces circulate the three board positions among themselves and they keep a tight grip on who comes into their inner circle, with particular emphasis on keeping out anyone who would break the status quo.

Status Quo is to be maintained in all mandatory HOAs - else the people will rise up and cast out this managed Fascism, and put the income of the Management companies and thier Parasitic lawfirms/security companies at risk.

I don't have any problem with having an HOA to take care of the landscaping and fencing around the front entry of our neighborhood, but I do have a problem when the bullies take control and deny every application for improvement, and never engage in conversation with those whom they do not like. These are not neighborly behaviors.

Quid Pro Quo. The Circle of Darkness, if they do not heed the fair warnings to change thier behavior, will eventually meet thier maker like nests of termites. In the mean time, I'm working to change the laws. I believe that these "private contract managements" should require a yearly renewal by the fold of members to every MANDATORY association. This Managed State of despotism must be held accountable and maintain favorable (check "yes" to renew the HOA Mandate - every year in a secret ballot vote and MANDATE participation in the vote, after all it is a MANDATORY association!), or I will incite the people to invoke the fundamental principles of war. The goal is to restore freedom in our American Neighborhoods. Time makes more converts than reason, WAKE UP AMERICA, YOU'VE BECOME A FASCIST SOCIETY when you allow the status quo to be maintained by the Big Managment Corporations and this insideous spread of Fascism thru the CC&R contracts that the big management Lawyers helped to write with the big developers!!!

The Fascist mindsets will be changed...FREEDOM shall be restored to our American neighborhoods. That is my only goal in this war on the STATUS QUO, and the violation of Human Rights (Declaration of Human Rights Article 20:

Also, I do not support the UN's spread of "sustainable Development" where all future housing will fall under a Mandatory HOA...the UN's doctrine has been tainted by the Fascists who promulgate Mandatory HOAs in all parts of the world. WAKE UP AMERICANS - you're hypnotized by these deceptive trade practices...you house should be your castle...not the HOA's CAI micro-managed income stream.

I looked all over for a HOA-free house. There are no affordable homes in this area, (SF Bay Area) HOA-free or not. If I could afford to, I'd move in a second. So don't call us "Cry-Babies"
