The Homeowners of Las Casistas are prepared to purchase criminal background checks on the current board members. Background checks are common these days, even when applying for a job at McDonald's or Walmart, so we feel that the integrity and honesty of those with their hands on the community's purse strings should be assured through the same process.

The UHOA (Unofficial Homeowners Association) is currently exploring these background checks through www.intellius.com. It is now more important than ever to safegaurd Las Casitas' cosiderable assets. The cost is 39.95 for a nationwide check on each member.
